Outbound strategy and volume analysis.
You'll share the strategy you're following to generate leads with outbound prospecting today. I'll also want to know how much volume you're doing. If you're not doing any, that's ok - this will be a short segment of the call :).
Messaging and content analysis.
We'll look at how you represent your business to prospects today. Bring a few examples of messages I won't have access to in my homework if possible.
Strategy recommendations.
We'll finish off with concrete recommendations on how you can deploy scaled outbound, and the messaging and positioning changes required to elevate the performance of your client acquisition efforts.
If we can help, I'll offer to do so. Either way, you'll leave with real, actionable guidance on improving the performance of your customer acquisition.
